Delivery

We offer 2 delivery services

• Standard (3-5 working days) £5.50 up to 25kg*
• Express (48hrs) £9.00 up to 25kg*

*There is a carrier surcharge of 45p per kg over 25kgs.  Most products are well under 25kgs however when ordering multiples of feeding, the postal weight is likely to exceed 25kg.  You will be shown the full amount of postage on screen before you commit to purchase. All delivery charges are including VAT.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 28 days of purchase, unused and with their original packaging, and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that any altered products and items damaged through wear cannot be returned. We recommend that you insure the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage.
